Well, the only reason why I have not been writing here is that there is not much to write about. I have been spending my time in the library going through manuscript cataloges in a vain attempt to find all those "unedited" sources. I cannot seem to find any of them. It seems whenever I find something that is even slightly interesting, some "big name" has already done an edition. So, I am becoming even more cynical that I will find something worthwhile to do. I am going to talk to my supervisor to see if he has any ideas about it. What is even more aggravating is that people keep telling me that there are "hundreds" of texts out there. I wonder if they have spent a second looking in the cataloges.
