The saga continues. I finally got Dell to tell me the phone number of a service center here in the UK (I should have just called there in the first place). I gave them a call and everything went smoothly from there. They are coming tomorrow to pick up the machine and take it in. It cost initally £150. I have no clue how much it is going to cost after that. This is probably going to cost me a pretty penny. I hope they can fix all the problems with it since I do not want to have a partially fixed machine.
