I was just thinking about the McDonald's fast food restaurant. I was wondering why they have people who take your order because they often get it wrong. Why not just replace them with a wall of the cash register buttons that the employees use (if the employees of McDonalds can use it, the customers should be able to as well). When you have finished with your order, just press enter and put the money in the slot next to it or your credit card in the card slot). The change comes out the slot underneath the card/cash slot. The workers will still be needed in the back to cook the food but you will not have to see them. You see? Instant overhead savings! All you will need to do is have a maintenance contract that goes along with your franchise contract.
