Well, I have a scratchy throat and I am coughing up stuff. It would seem that I have caught something from somewhere. I am not sure where. It could have come from either Seattle, the multiple planes, or Scotland. This is what I really hate about international travel. You end up catching illnesses because the atmosphere in the airplane does massive damage to your immune system.
Otherwise, I should be completely recovered from jet lag. This was one of the fastest recoveries that I have ever done. I must be getting better at it.
