I just finished reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. It was a good read but I felt like the main characters stalled for far too long in the beginning parts of the book. I liked the inclusion of many different folk and literary motifs in the book. You have to be a bit more sensitive to them than most (it is my training to pick up on these things) but they are there for the keen eyed.
Otherwise, not much is going on. I am about to return to my own work and try to get first drafts of all my chapters done very soon. Then I can start the editing process so that I can finally finish this thing.
